Terms
Last updated 20 September 2026
The agreement between us and an association using Duesroll. Written to be read once, by the person who signed up, without a lawyer sitting next to them.
1. Who this is between
Duesroll is provided by TEXNI VELOCIDAI S.L., registered in Spain. These terms are between that company and the association whose administrator created the account.
Creating an account means accepting these terms. If you are accepting them for an association, you are confirming you are allowed to.
2. What Duesroll does
Duesroll holds your dues schedule, asks each member company for one figure a year, resolves that figure to a tier, raises the invoice, and chases what is unpaid. It also lets members pay by card, bank transfer or PayPal, and lets you record payments that arrive some other way.
A figure that matches no tier is never guessed. It is flagged for you to decide.
3. Member payments do not pass through us
This is the most important clause here. When a member pays their dues, the money is charged directly on your own Stripe or PayPal account. It does not enter ours at any point, and we take no percentage of it.
That means the payments are between you, your member, and your payment provider. You own the relationship with them, the refunds, the chargebacks and the payout schedule. We cannot refund a member on your behalf, and we cannot answer a chargeback for you — we never held the money.
It also means your agreement with Stripe or PayPal is yours, separate from this one, and their terms apply to it.
4. What it costs
$49 per month for up to 150 member companies, or $99 per month for any number. Charged monthly in advance by card, from the day your trial ends.
The trial is 60 days and needs no card. Nothing is charged during it, and nothing is charged retrospectively for it.
If your membership grows past 150 companies, the price moves to $99 from your next monthly renewal. It never changes mid-month.
5. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time, from the same billing screen you subscribed on. No notice period, no email to us, no retention call.
Cancelling stops the next charge. Your account keeps working until the end of the month you have already paid for. A round that is already open finishes; you cannot open a new one after your subscription ends.
Your data stays available to export for 90 days after cancelling. After that we delete it, as described in our privacy page.
6. Refunds
We do not charge for the trial, so there is nothing to refund from it.
If you are charged after cancelling, or charged the wrong amount, write to hello@duesroll.com and we will refund it in full. We will not argue about it.
Beyond that we do not refund part-months. You can cancel before a renewal and keep the time you paid for.
This clause is about what you pay us. Refunding a member’s dues is between you and that member — see section 3.
7. Your data is yours
Everything you put into Duesroll — your members, contacts, schedules, declarations, invoices and payments — belongs to your association, not to us. You can export it at any time while your account is open.
We handle it on your instructions, as your processor. We do not use it to train anything, sell it, or share it with anyone outside the providers listed on the privacy page.
8. What we ask of you
Use Duesroll for your association’s own dues. Do not use it to mail people who are not your members, do not upload data you have no right to hold, and do not try to reach another association’s records.
You are responsible for what your administrators do with the account, and for keeping their sign-in details to themselves.
9. What we do not promise
We aim to keep Duesroll available and correct, but we do not guarantee it will never be unavailable, and we do not offer a service level agreement at this price.
Duesroll is not accounting, tax or legal advice. It calculates what your own schedule says a member owes. Whether that schedule is right, and what you must tell your members about deductibility or tax, is yours to decide.
10. If something goes wrong
If we cause you loss, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it happened. We are not liable for lost revenue, lost members, or consequential loss.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including for fraud, or death or injury caused by negligence.
11. Ending it from our side
We can suspend or close an account that is being used to break section 8, or where payment fails repeatedly. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right, and you will always be able to export your data.
If we ever discontinue Duesroll, we will give at least 90 days’ notice and refund any period paid for beyond it.
12. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will email administrators at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you do not accept the change, cancel before it starts and we will refund the unused part of your month.
13. Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law, and the courts of Spain have jurisdiction.
